Mac & Cheese

This is likely the fanciest / most expensive vegan mac and cheese in Victoria but I’m sorry to say not the best one. The sauce is nice but I’m not a huge fan of the texture of the gluten-free noodles. It would be better if there was a wheat noodle offering as well since wheat is not inherently bad unless you have celiac disease but the whole restaurant is gluten free so that won’t be happening. I would recommend other options on the menu before this dish but this is still 4/5.

This is amazing because it tastes wonderful while also being full of nice really fresh veggies.
