Longbean

I loooove Chinese style blistered long beans. And they did them sooo well. I’ve never had this dry like this before as they’re normally in a sauce, and I was skeptical at first. But they were amazing!! Lovely crunch and the fried chili and fried shallots were amazing.

These green beans are dry fried with garlic and chili. So delicious ! Not oily at all, with a great crunch . Could eat them every day .
