Lionsmane Mushroom (Summer Rolls)

Super delicious lionsmane mushroom, which I'd never tried before. You make your own summer rolls with the mushroom, sauce, herbs, fruit and vegetables. If you are in Ha Long, definitely try this restaurant. They have many options from Vietnamese, to Pizza, to Chinese dishes like Sichuan Tofu. They also have a really cute cat!
