Lemon Stirfry (tofu) - 334

I’m pretty sure I already reviewed this way back when, but I rediscovered it recently and MAN, it’s good 😝 The “veggie” element is a little underwhelming, but the tofu and the sauce are 👌🤤🍋 Awesome if you feel like something different / not spicy. My kids enjoy it, too (I order it for them minus the onion and tomato, so it’s just the tofu, sauce, and rice) #greytonfarmanimalsanctuary #simplyasia

I didn’t mind this dish but, since I know how divine some of the other Simply Asia dishes are, I couldn’t help but feel a little disappointed. It comprises onion, tomato, and tofu stir-fried in a lemony sauce 🍋 it’s a little bland and could do with some extra veggies, but it becomes more flavourful when mixed with the accompanying garlic rice, which is SUPER garlicky and delicious.
