Lasagnes bolognaise et aubergine 🍆

Very tasty lasagne. They contained some imitation ground beef (tofu, I suppose ?), which some of us found a bit disturbing, but I quite liked it.

It's the best dish I had since I'm vegan. It would fool a non vegan. It's my top 1 restaurant ;)
