Lasagna

This is a review for their regular lasagna (I think called Lasagna Pura on the menu), not the black magic lasagna which is without the red tomato sauce. I thought it was really really good, but I wish the portion size was slightly bigger because it’s quite pricy ($26). Pura vita is a fully vegan restaurant.

I had one of their lasagnas on their specials menu so I don’t remember the name but it has impossible crumbles and like 3-4 different kinds of cheeses, looks small but is SO filling and delicious!

Pura Vita is an expensive restaurant but their dishes are fabulous. You will love this.

The first time I hosted a vegan prom, Pura Vita came out and brought all their yummy lasagna. It was a fundraiser for The Humane League and also Moby DJ’d

This traditional lasagna is exactly what a lasagna should look and taste like...bursting with flavor yet light on the stomach and the presentation is beautiful. Highly recommend this dish!
