Laab eggplant

One of my go-to dishes at our fav vegan restaurant in Helsinki 😊 delicious stir fried pea protein with veggies in a tamarind based sauce .. served with thick rice. No complaints really.

Eggplant and not really minced “meat” spicy salad, onion, roasted rice, tamarind, lime, coriander. It was exceptional.
