La Ensalada

This salad was so flavorful! It was light, crispy and delicious! The combination of fresh greens, jicama, radishes, carrots, avocados, plant based cheese and crispy tortilla chips topped with jalapeño lime dressing was a perfect light but filling dish! Will definitely get this again!
