Knusprig gebratener Seitan mit grünem Jung-Reis, Pilze, Sojasauce

this instantly became my new favourite dish at this place. the name in here says it is seitan but it actually has conjac in there. it is covered with green rice and fried. not greasy at all. super crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. simply delicious! second pic shows the restaurants pic, because my crappy bad lighted delivery pics, don't do their dishes justice. eur 6.50 #veganvietnamese
