Kitsune Traditional Udon Soup

🇯🇵 This traditional #udon #noodles #soup 🍜had #inari which is #tofu skin. 🫛I got an extra one as I know my partner loves tofu and protein. Normally there is two pieces not three. There’s also spring onion. My partner commented there was some sugar in this as the broth was a bit sweet but it seemed darker and different than mine. This was 50% off on their first days opening so amazing value. Very kind woman manning the door to keep the flow of customers manageable inside.
