King Oyster “Scallops”

The flavour and texture of these were good and the presentation was spot on. I thought they were highly overpriced for what they were.

Lovely small plate, the scallops were really good and it came with artichoke hearts on cauliflower puree with annatto 'cream'. Yum!

Grilled king oysters sliced into scallop shapes and artichoke hearts on a cauliflower purée with annatto ‘cream’. Probably the best looking small plate on their dinner menu and the perfect starter.
