Khao Soi

This is the best Khao Soi I have had in long time. For some reason, vegan Khao soi is really hard to come by in Canada. No one on the west coast seems to be doing it (at least unless Mugi re-opens on Vancouver after moving from Toronto). I could not believe how packed this restaurant was. Seattle has a bumping vegan scene that doesn’t seem to exist in Vancouver with the same gusto. #pnw #seattle #veganthaifood #khaosoi #katithai

The broth was rich and delightful, it did have a lot of noodles, some more veggies in it might have been nice.
