Kelp Fried Rice

Big portion for the price of 5.50. Very yummy (not too oily), with wok hey taste, comes with carrot, pea and corn pieces, with some tofu/mock meat. Paired it with their belachan, superb combination.

这个海带炒饭真的不错!比以前进步了。海带和其他料分量足够。我需要加点咸，在家也加菜和素银鱼。 I think their fried rice standard has improved from last time! Cost $5.50. They had a good amount of ingredients including kelp. Not the healthiest dish but well it's fried rice. It could be saltier, I added a bit more soy sauce. Also added some raw lettuce and veg ikan bilis to this. #veganisnotscary 🎃👻

Simple and tasty dish! Not too oily and the crispy bits sprinkled on top gave it more taste and texture. I added many pickled green chilis and red chili padi because I like these with fried rice. Definitely wished there was more kelp strips and more kelp taste though..

Fried rice with corn and carrot bits inside. And Kelp thin sliced. I had thought that the kelp fried rice would be kelp-heavy, but nope. The kelp is thinly sliced to make it easier to eat and not too big slice😊 it's almost like it's shreaded. There is also vegetarian meat floss covering the top in a circle. The taste is not too strong, but nice enough to have a consistent taste through each bite. Not oily👍 Maybe i was hungry heh i feel the portion is just nice filling. I couldn't take nicer photos cos my boss started eating already. So these are the quick fotos i managed to snap!
