Kanapka Falafel Z Bakłażanem

Absolutely delicious 😋 I find that with #wraps the more unassuming the establishment, the more stupendously good they are ☺️ The #falafel and grilled #aubergine jostled for primacy here, and I think the latter just about won out, with the juxtaposition of tough skin and tender, obliging meat 😉 Not too much veggies, just the way I like it 😁
