Vegan rendition of the traditional Indian Muslim mutton soup! Tbh I've never eaten the real deal, but I enjoyed the rich and savoury (albeit slightly oily) broth infused with aromatic herbs and spices such as coriander, fennel, cumin, and star anise~ 🍲 There was a generous serving of soy 'mutton' chunks, plus light and cripsy bread to dip into and soak up the flavourful soup. 🥖 Would recommend!
