In flight Veg Vegan Breakfast

Good variety & pretty tasty! Thankful for the legit vegan option :)

Got served this dish for breakfast. Hash brown, Scrambled Veggie Tofu, Green beans & tomato with bread & margarine. The creamer is dairy based so I didn’t eat that. But I did see the bread was different from the one that was served to the others. It needed Salt & Pepper which I asked for & got separately from the crew.
