Impossible Koshari

Koshari with 3 balls of impossible and 4 dollars additional, not a bad bet considering the price of impossible. Personally I liked the koshari but they definitely could do with using better ingredients for the sauce preparation.

This is their normal koshari with 3 impossible meatballs added to it. Really interesting dish! I wish the tomato sauce could be a bit more flavourful as it was just sour and kind of one dimensional. The meatballs were nice. We ordered this for delivery and they are really overzealous with the use of plastic (every person's order came in its own plastic bag lol is that really necessary) so hopefully that is something that they can improve on.
