Despite the 'honey lime' name, this dish was vegan and didn't contain any honey! 🍯🍋 Very interesting flavour profile that was kind of sweet and sour, without being like the usual sweet and sour sauce...? 😂 Ahaha sorry I have no idea how to describe it but it was tasty! The battered soy 'meat' chunks were very convincing to me and my non-veg mum in terms of the texture.
