The texture was very soft and fell apart quite easily though, personally would have liked it to be slightly firmer. Not sure what this is made out of but it did remind me of #homemade #otah! It was soft and the texture resembled shred tofu, with mushrooms and chilli bits. Love #otah and can never get enough of it. Cooked in a banana leaf 🌿 #veganisnotscary

The Homemade Otah cost $10.90. The otah was sweet and spicy, with an interesting combination of shredded and chewy succulent ‘seafood’. Very realistic and impressive!

The spiciness of this otah is just right. However, the texture was quite mushy and the otah just keep falling apart when we are eating. The taste is good though.
