Beautiful, nutritionally packed, flavourful and heartwarming noodle soup like the name indicates. Broth of lemongrass, shallot, lime leaves, coconut milk; served with tempura, rice noodles, dumplings & Thai basil. Eaten at this Taiwan inspired vegan street food restaurant. 100% recommended.

This definitely lives up to its name. My favourite of the lot. The broth was so yummy, bit of tang and spice, just beautiful. Served with rice noodles, veggies, dumplings, tofu and mushrooms, the lot. Portions are fairly generous; we shared two mains between 4 hungry people. You don’t have to share, of course 😜. Fully vegan restaurant with the loveliest food. They do get plenty of bookings, if you prefer you might want to call ahead and reserve a table. Open Wed–Sunday for lunch and dins. Liu Lin is my dream restaurant: not only is it completely vegan, but the cuisine is traditional Chinese. I have tasted almost all their dishes and recommend them all, but this soup in particular, to warm up on these cold winter days. It is more expensive than a normal Chinese restaurant, but worth every penny. Highly recommended.
