Here we go with the third course of Anoah's may-june 2025 menu, which was also my absolutely favorite dish: the "blows your mind bowl" (literally from German: the "kicks you out of your socks bowl" 🤣). Before it came, I thought that a poke bowl does not really fit with the rest of the courses, but I was so wrong! It was perfection, so tasty! The ingredients: #sushirice, a #carrot #tatar , #cucumber , shichimi, #wasabi and I suppose many more for the details.
This was a creation of the founder Noah.
Something that contributed to the lovely atmosphere was that we were served not only by the waiter, who was really nice, but also by the chef, the souchef and Noah personally. All of them took the time to clearly explain the course they were presenting us, and to have a little chat even during the tough service time. They addressed us per "Du", not using the courtesy form so typical in Switzerland, and for me it made the experience even more comfortable.
