Greenway Bao

Tastes way better than my picture makes it look! Had to do a bit of a rushed job. I love bao and these were really good. You get two pretty good sized buns which is amazing! The buns were soft and fresh and the filling was pretty tasty!

Lovely sight of the steam rising just after opening. These were really yummy with the bao on the right with thinner tofu having the best balance of sriracha, hoisin, vegan mayo (you need to ask) and pickled ginger! Less is more it would seem 🤔! 3 1/2 👧 thought the bao was best! Who wants tofu when you can have refined white carbs anyway😜! #veganisnotscary 8️⃣

I think they need to put more sriracha and hoisin. It was bland to be honest. You must ask for vegan mayo or face getting normal mayo with egg.

This was takeaway. Very taste bao with fried tofu, sriracha, pickled ginger, hoisin and spring onion resulting a slight kick of heat! You have to ask for vegan mayo.
