Greens & Grains

This comprises a glorious mix of delicious and healthy ingredients such as multi grains and seeds, #cauliflower #rice , soy-free #oat #tofu, roasted carrots and dukka, roasted #sweetpotato and #hummus. This resulted in a medley of tastes and textures that contrasted and yet harmonized perfectly, full of simple and pure flavours. Damage was $17+.

[Date of visit: 19 October 2024] Gastronomia has one of my favourite places for grain bowl so I was a little disappointed to see the reduction in portion in my last visit. Not only that, the recipe for my favourite turmeric cauliflower was also changed and I didn't like the new version (which is now green) quite as much (it wasn't bad, but i didn't find it as great as their original roasted tumeric cauli which was just 🤤). The other ingredients on the plate: cauliflower rice (unseasoned), hummus, tempeh, pearl barley tomato mix

One of my grain bowl selection. Ordered extra serving of the soft tumeric cauliflower on thos day. Quite filing as there was plenty of grains and carbs from lentils, barley & falafel cake which was on the sweet (not savoury) side. Honestly i'm not a fan of the falafel but there are limited Protein selection and this is the only vegan option.

This is their balanced bowl at $14.90 which is more pricey than the usual salad bar, but every single one of their dishes is so packed with different & quality ingredients, and FULL OF FLAVOURS, it’s well worth it. Love my grain bowl! - healthy & so satisfying. What i like most: the Braised lentils & Confit leeks, roasted tumeric cauliflower, summer barley salad, chickpea hummus dollop.The roasted carrots & toasted dukkah was just alright, was expecting something more from the dukkah. 🥗 SGD 20.90
