This is basmati rice cooked with cumin seeds, herbs and spices. The taste is quite
interesting, different from the powdered cumin. It is a little bit earthy.

Loved this too. Could taste the spices very much. Had a few bits and pieces
of cashew nuts as garnish. However, this was rather oily and rather pricey.
