Gravlax

This is an order for just one piece of the Gravlax, not the meal which comes with 2 pieces and a salad. This dish never fails to impress and satisfy , the papaya salmon is legendary and just sooo good. I was confused why it was served on normal bread, usually this is a raw dish on dehydrated onion bread. Was confused but since it was such a small serve I didn’t question it, maybe they ran out .

Perfect in every way 🥹. Vegan salmon made of papaya sounds strange but it really has the taste of smoked salmon. My only qualm about this is that I wanted more! This would be even more amazing in a bagel.

I marvel at the genius of Sayuri and this dish. It is extremely amazing in every way, a taste like no other, just pure culinary mastery! Sooooo good. It is papaya smoked salmon with avocado and crema cheese served with dill and lemon on raw crackers. Such strong bold flavours and rich fatty goodness! ) I have eaten it so many times and I keep going back for more , it's just legendary!

Amazing place with only raw and vegan food! The gravlax is very yummy and it's so original!
