Hands down the most gorgeous dish I’ve seen while living in Brisbane. PLENTIFUL is a new place in Graceville, so make sure you give them support during these tough COVID times! This ones a VGO (vegan option) where they’ll swap in coconut yogurt to create the loveliest, prettiest pile of plants to stick your fork into.
There were a lot of flavours and surprising ingredients going on so I’ll try to unpack it:
the top dollop was a mixed berry compote, layered over a homemade honey-free granola. Super crunchy, super perfect texture.
Inside was a fun little citrus flavoured jelly, which made you feel like a fancy kid and erred the dish into a dessert.
There were these cute little translucent daubs of grapefruit flavoured gel within the bowl, which were so tasty and brought a new sweet/bitter dimension of flavour to your standard granola bowl. Last, flowers all over EVERYTHING. SO CUTE. I really like you, PLENTIFUL!
