Good For You Pizza

Interesting shape for a pizza - a ring with salad in the centre. The dough had roast pumpkin baked into it which was a nice surprise. Spinach, zucchini, heirloom tomatoes and pepitas completed the toppings. A nice, light meal, one of 2 plant based options at this place (The other being a green bowl, also good).
