Golden Age Sushi

I have been craving for sushi for quite a long time now, and I’ve been wanting to go here like FOR-EVER! Überasschung! I just had a reservation tonight and I can’t lie I was super excited. This #mango, #cucumber, #carrot all wrapped together with the rice and seaweed is phenomenal and fresh! It’s so refreshing in your mouth and I love being #veganin2020!!

Golden Age Sushi (a seasonal item on the menu) is another personal favourite of mine ~ I love the seamless fusion of taste that came from the fresh mangoes and Japanese rice ... it's a complexity that I adore..

Very fresh and lovely flavors - the mango on top is definitely the star of the dish

This dish is a must try and was highly recommended by the store manager (I presume, and side note was so friendly and warm☺️) The chokanan mango was delish and I was surprised by how good the dish was (I prefer savory sushi😛)
