Gobi Pakora

Half decent #gobi or #cauliflower #pakora served with a #mint #chutney dip thing on the side 🙂 But the main reason that I didn't enjoy it was that they decided to put the #evilweed both in the #chickpea batter and in the chutney 😩 Like why??!! As POTUS might say, they're terrible people 😂

Fried #cauliflower in chickpea batter - loved these! Softer and chewier than they look. A great side dish to share.
