while obviously you shouldn't order mac n' cheese at a Chinese restaurant... this one was
not bad! I went w a non-veg friend who really wanted to try vegan cheese and she loved it. She said this cheese tasted even better than dairy cheese 😏and I thought the little pieces of soy chicken in it made it even better. #nyuveg
