Soft chewy gnocchi in mushroom sauce, topped with spinach, sprouts, and almond-based grated parmesan #vegancheese. 🥔🍄🧀 Nice though it got kinda monotonous, not to mention starchy and high in protein. Would have liked some protein and crunch factor, perhaps in the form of roasted peas or edamame? (DKK 155) #denmark #copenhagen #pasta
