Gluten-free Sourdough With Avocado

It’s a vegetarian cafe inside Tzu Chi’s Humanistic Youth Centre. Vegan dishes are clearly labelled. Unfortunately Tzu Chi is not vegan nor plant-based. The avocado seems to look different on different order. 🤔 Some are fluffy, some are piled high, some are dried out and some smaller portion.
