& fresh herbs.” Woah. I would come back here for this pasta dish alone! It was super flavorful and gourmet. I loved the mushrooms and flavor of the oil sauce. The shredded parmesan cheese and garlic breadcrumbs made it! It was my first time trying sunchokes, and they were really good (similar flavor to artichokes but more mild). It was a good size portion for $17 and you could tell the dish was high quality and thoughtfully crafted. As a hungry Italian of course I would want a bigger portion but I was still satisfied 😋 it was fun trying a bunch of things on their menu! Would definitely recommend this pasta.
