Gingersnap Cookie

Tasted really good and was spicy, but was pretty tough like it wasn’t fresh. Would try again though if they were a bit softer.

This was very yummy and reminded me of the ones I had at home as a child. Wish it had a wheat flour version as it would be even better.

Maybe I just wasn’t in the mood for a ginger cookie today? I didn’t care for the flavour, and I think it may have been at least a day or two old based on the texture. Their other stuff is lovely, but this was a miss.
