So sad to say that this fried seitan burger just didn't hit the spot. It
was dry and pretty bland, which is such a shame. The seitan was super tough and overall just bland. The chips however were yummy. Although it's a shame Genesis have some over super yummy dishes on their menu, so I would definitely still recommend visiting the restaurant!!
