Fried Spring Rolls

As we know, #sweetdreamsaremadeofgrease so of course these were great😬 filled with mung bean, taro, mushroom, carrot, and onion; they were accompanied by a #sweetandsour sauce which perfectly balanced out the grease of the rolls🇻🇳

These were crunchy and delicious. The sauce was just right and not too salty
