Four-course dinner menu

The Hotel was very eager, but unfortunately the communication on the first evening didn't work out so well and I had to repeat several times that I wanted something vegan. That's why, for example, the first evening's soup was a clear vegetable soup without any garnish. The dishes were good in taste but sometimes nothing special.
