Forest Foraged Roll

Wowza…what an amazing experience! Someone in the KW Vegan Society posted about this venue and the photos looked amazing so we had to check it out. When I told the chef I was excited they had so many vegan options I couldn’t decide, he offered to make me a #chefinspired unique vegan roll to try! It was created in front of me with the forest in mind and had everything from #wildblueberries to #wildmushrooms. Such a great taste experience. The owners are all about #givingback and 100% of their tips go to #Food4KidsWaterlooRegion. Although the menu isn’t entirely vegan, and #takeout only, the owners shared that the demand for #veganoptions is increasing and many of their customers come from Guelph, Hamilton, Brantford and even Toronto for their vegan sushi! And the best part of our conversation was when they told us if the demand for #crueltyfreesushi continues, they would be happy to go 100% vegan!
