This #redbean bun was super delicious! I love their savory buns! They're so light and fluffy, and the filling is mostly savory, but it has a slight sweetness to is. The Asian bun itself was like a perfect combination of dinner roll and sweet pastry. I just love them so much! They're the perfect comfort food. The red bean filling has a bit of a different texture to it. It's slightly gritty, but also like a jam.
