‘Fish’ and Chips

I've never been able to make banana blossom taste good, but this was really tasty. Flaky with a nice crispy batter and the chips were perfectly seasoned. Would order again

Amazing meal. The ‘fish’ is made from banana blossom so it’s got an incredible flaky texture like real fish. The sauce and chips are also really good. It’s served with a salad which was also tasty and was way more exciting than the usual handful of lettuce that some restaurants serve.
