My girlfriend and I were just planning on getting some hot drinks at this cafe
but when we saw they had a vegan spanakopita we couldn’t resist! And let me tell you this did not disappoint!! The flavours were right on point it was rich and delicious! I’ve made a similar thing before with tofu to replace the cheese. This didn’t have a cheese replacement but it didn’t need it and I didn’t feel like anything was missing. We’ve since been back for these and I’m sure we will be back soon! Oh also if you are at this cafe and like hot drinks but can’t drink coffee (even decaf like me😭) then try their beet latte! It’s much better than most beet lattes and it has a very pumpkin latte flavour. I think it has cardamom and cinnamon if my senses remember correctly!
