Field Mushroom, Spinach, Violife Cheese And Chilli Pancakes With Homemade Beans

Sorry about the terrible photo! I’m not the biggest fan of violife vegan cheese so I asked for them to leave it out and they didn’t :/ which made they meal slightly unpleasant for me. I’m not sure how well the chilli flakes fit with the rest of the flavours either. The pancakes were also kind of hard and stale? 😂 Apart from that, the mushrooms were really good and I loved their homemade beans!
