Fideos de arroz con salsa de curry y vegetales, muy sabroso!

Came across this vegetarian restaurant in the heart of the colonial zone and had to try it. It was the first opportunity to support a primarily plant-based restaurant. This dish had a curry feel to it with interesting vegetables and peanuts. Other dishes were also great but some came with dairy products. The menu is only in Spanish since the restaurant is brand new.
