Falafel Salad

The #falafel was surprisingly starchy 🧆 Not bad, but it’s definitely different. The beetroot #hummus was delicious, but I would’ve loved to have it as a side on its own altogether. The falafel was frankly perfect on its own & did not pair well with the sweeter base it was laid on. The garnish of pickled onions & pepper fry that sit the top of the meal were delicious. I’ve probably been eating too much junk at home, because I hate to think that a part of me found this #toohealthy 😉 #middleeasternvegan #middleeastern #middleeastfood

Falafel salad reminds me of my Europe trip. Disappointed tho. The falafel was burnt and really didn’t taste like anything other than… burnt breadcrumbs

Absolutely loved the new focus on vegan options at #artichokesg! This falafel salad plate was so good, with four delicious super sized falafel balls and a bed of amazing leafy greens.
