The thing I loved the most about this was the fact that it was on the menu! It's so encouraging to find vegan options on a suburban hotel menu when some city cafes and restaurants still have none. The dish itself was nice, just nothing spectacular, more like a fancy coleslaw. The rice was flavored nicely and everything was very fresh. #pokebowls #pubfood #unexpectedveganoption
