One of the best salads I have ever had. It felt really luxurious with the huge variety of toppings, but at the same not overly filling to allow space to enjoy all the other dishes to come. The fresh fruit in the salad gave the salad a slightly sweet taste, while still having a mediterranean style salad dressing. I couldn't get enough of it, yet the portion was so generous!

The salad course is always one of my favorites, not just for the ultra-tender fresh greens, but the delicious toppings and dressings that the chef team always changes up. This time roasted tomatoes were the centerpiece, along with sauteed green peppers, toasted pine nuts and Epic cheese. The dressing with olive oil, agave syrup, lemon and salt gave the crowning touch.
