Enchiladas de Mole

The enchiladas were ok, for me they needed to be covered on mole , the filling was potatoes, I wish they had more flavor and the mole was too sweet. But los frijoles charros were SPECTACULAR, THE BEST VEGAN CHARROS I've ever had. I won't order the enchiladas, nor the tacos de papa, but the charros and Spanish rice I would definitely do it. #veganin2020 #tierradeanimales @abillionveg

Not only are these enchiladas beautiful, but they taste great! The mole has a very deep, rich flavour. It’s rare to find vegan mole around here so this is a real gem. #veganisnotscary
