Enchilada

This is my favorite entree from the poyo + sprout. First of all you have to order this option without cheese and sour cream to make it vegan, there is an option for vegan cheese but I personally find it quite tasty without the cheese options. You can choose between putting beans as the protein or TVP or half and half personally my choice is to use beans. The enchilada sauce is absolutely amazing. This is the dish I get 80% of the time I eat poyo + the sprout.
