Element Ramen (Vegan)

This #veganramen was so damn good! Not sure I could call it a ramen, more like a curry with noodles in it, but truly rich and and umami. It had lots of veggies in it, as well as these nice cylinders of silken tofu, that really gave it this creaminess. The noodles were really nice too. #ramenlover

🚨 Make sure to order the vegan version, so they don't add eggs.
