Eggplant Bomber

Bar bao’s 1 year anniversary meant free bao for people who registered! Yonas and I were fast to sign up! We got 2 baos each for free which was so awesome! This flavour I hadn’t tried before, and despite my love for eggplant it was probably my least favourite of the vegan options. It was nice and juicy and umami, but I think it lacked spice and the eggplant was a little plain. It needed some more ingredients to brighten it up a little! But who am I to complain when it’s free:)
